Today the project has extreme wineries in the Negev desert in Israel, in the volcanic rocks of Moon Mountain in California and in the mountains of Copey de Dota in Costa Rica. Together, these three regions give the name of the project as 3 Corners Wine.<\/p>\n

However, the exceptional environment of Copey de Dota\u2019s mountains, with a microclimate that compensates the humidity of the rest of the country and an exceptional soil rich in rocks, minerals, and natural spring water, made it seem like the perfect place to start this adventure.<\/p>\n

Today, after many tries and the great effort of our viticulturist and agricultural team, we have managed to plant more than 35,000 vines on 15 hectares, always using the best and most sophisticated agricultural practices to obtain the best nutrients for our wines.<\/p>\n
