We reserve the right to refuse any request order you place with us. We can, at our own convenience, limit or cancel the quantity bought by person, home, or order request. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer’s account, same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or mail address.
Prices may vary without previous notice due to external factors, such as but not limited to: monetary devaluation, drastic alterations on the exchange rates, costs of the providers related to our product´s chain of production, among others.
If we make a change or cancel an order request, we might try to inform you via the e-mail and/or billing address / phone number provided at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to limit or forbid order requests that, to our judgement, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You accept to indemnify, defend and hold Copey Estate Winery and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, dealers, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees unscathed of any claim, lawsuit, including reasonable lawyers honorariums, done by any third party due to or because of the infringement of the Service Conditions or the documents that include as reference, or violation of any law or third party rights.

Section 17- Return/refund Policy

We have a timeframe for returns of 15 days from your request date. You must notify about the return 72 hours prior of the tour date (cancellation policy). Likewise, you must request the refund via email and withing the timeframe.

To be eligible for a return,

Ésta reversión corre por cuenta y orden de su entidad bancaria, cualquier duda Usted debe comunicarte directamente con ellos – Cambio del producto (Sujeto a disponibilidad de inventario en el momento del cambio). Sólo se podrán realizar cambios por productos con valor igual o inferior al original y la diferencia en caso de aplicar, se entregará en un cupón para una nueva compra en la tienda online. En caso de no contar con disponibilidad para el cambio, se entregará el valor del producto(s) en un cupón para una nueva compra. – Cupón para realizar una nueva compra (Este cupón tiene validez por seis meses a partir de la fecha de creación). 2. Sólo se podrán realizar cambios por productos con valor igual o inferior al original y la diferencia en caso de aplicar, se entregará en un cupón para una nueva compra en la tienda online. En caso de no contar con disponibilidad para el cambio, se entregará el valor del producto(s) en un cupón para una nueva compra. 3. 17.4 Product conditions
The product must be returned in optimum conditions, it must not have been used, with its original labels or, if they have already been taken off, they must come inside the package. Once the product is received at our cellar, we will verify the product condition, and depending on the results, you will be sent a new product or a new purchase coupon.
Products that apply
At the moment we are not selling physical products on this website, only the “Wine – Golden Rush Tour” experience. However, this could change at any time.
17.5 Response time
Money refund: Depending on how the payment of your purchase was done, the refund will be done via wire transfer or to your credit card. The partial refunds will be processed by wire transfer. The changes will be sent approximately within 3 business days after receiving the product at the cellar and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.
17.6 Delivery fee
User may return without a fee, any product that has factory defects. Any transportation or other fees that may be incurred due to a returned product with no factory defects will be covered by the user.
Section 18-Law
For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the City courts expressly waved any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
